WISE, VIRGINIA-JULY 25: The Virginia-Kentucky Fairgrounds is host to over 1,700 volunteers and 2,715 patients receiving free medical services through the Remote Area Medical (RAM) Expedition July 25, 2009. The vast majority of people receiving care at the two and half day event have no health insurance for their families or are underinsured.
