BEACON, NEW YORK: Andy plays affectionately with Rezzie. Andy has a strong bond with Rezzie, the second dog he has raised for the Puppies Behind Bars (PPB) program at Fishkill Correctional Facility. He says it's like losing a member of your family when the dog you've trained and lived with for 18-20 month leaves the prison, but he feels good about doing something worthwhile that his daughters can be proud of.
