WISE, VIRGINIA-JULY 24: Montana McCall (21) from Damascus, Virginia came to the Wise County Fairgrounds with her 10-member family. Her mom is on disability. Mary Fultz, from Morristown, Tennesssee, is retired with private insurance, but the $3500 deductible prevents her from seeking medical care.
